A common first step in career progression is completing the CA Program, which often leads to promotion to a Senior Associate position. I feel that DAA provides strong promotion opportunities. The firm looks to support employees through the Chartered Accountant program by covering costs and encouraging professional development. As employees develop technical capabilities and complete their CA studies, there are opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and progress through the ranks. Due to the mid tier size of DAA, there is also a greater opportunities to work directly with senior partners and leaders, which accelerates growth and provides valuable experience.
