Managers are generally accessible and willing to provide support when needed. The open-door nature of the firm means it is easy to approach managers and senior staff with questions, which is particularly valuable for graduates and junior team members who are still developing their technical knowledge and professional skills. Feedback is often provided through day-to-day interactions and job reviews, helping employees identify areas for improvement and continue developing. Managers are also willing to share their experience and knowledge, which contributes positively to learning and professional growth. The reason I rated management a 7 rather than higher is not due to a lack of support, but because the firm is continuing to develop and formalise aspects of its training, feedback, and mentoring processes as it grows. Nonetheless, managers remain approachable, knowledgeable, and invested in helping staff succeed.

My manager is highly approachable and very easy to get along with. This makes it easy to ask questions and seek guidance when needed. Managers overall are very accessible, and genuinely invested in supporting development of junior staff.
