The firm offers a reasonable degree of flexibility in terms of working arrangements. Opportunities to work from home are generally available once employees have become established in their role and completed the initial learning and development phase. As a graduate, working hours can be slightly less flexible due to the level of collaboration, training, and supervision required. Being present in the office helps facilitate learning and ensures work can flow efficiently between team members. As experience and independence increase, there is generally greater flexibility in how and where work is performed.
Working arrangements are pretty limited in first year in relation to WFH, however seem to be quite good for more senior employees. Management have an expectation for you to work extra hours during busy season.
Overall DAA I feel has great levels of flexibility when it comes to work hours and working arrangements. outside of busy periods, overtime is generally minimal and work life balance feels great. Graduates initially are encouraged to work from the office in order to develop their skills and build relationships with the team. However, as experience is gained, work from home opportunities are supported.
