There are definitely lots of opportunities/possibilities but no guarantees to progression. You may have desires to go a certain route/role, but those desires must no take precedence over your current responsibilities and manager's expectations of your work. Additionally, the overall culture of the teams here allow for, as long as you can advertise your capabilities naturally, there are room for movement up or laterally (when a business need appears).
Yes I believe there are opportunities for graduates, however I am not at that point yet and can not fully answer.
