From where I stand/my perspective: the people have been very nice and generally cooperative (even across different departments). But I do understand that there would inevitably be some conflicts of interest between teams and individuals that cause friction, but the general sentiment is that people are willing to help each other.
Everyone is supportive, encouraging, engaging, and all working towards one big shared goal.
It again depends on the team and manager. However my manager and overall team is very good and supportive. Everyone is super chill and always willing to help.
