I feel that all the tasks/opportunities that I am given responsibility over are challenging and in alignment with the goals I am pursuing.
Many small tasks at the moment as I'm just starting out, however will be going into bigger projects very soon.
I think that is the strength of joining as graduate. Although you are put into a specific team, you are not actually set in the specific role you have. You have a lot of wiggle room available. One day you might be doing stuff with M365 agentic work and another day you might be working on Gitops.
