Remote work availability is excellent for balancing my work, commute, and life hours. For me, the lower frequency of in-office days highlight the days that I actually do come in, as a day to fluidly socialise and build better working relationships with teams.
Hybrid flexibility.
Very flexible, supportive hybrid working environment
My manager again is very good, he is flexible with my work hours. As a grad I'm expected to work 3 days in office 2 days WFH. However in the future it becomes way more flexible.
