My supervisor and coaches all mentored me and provided me with adequate training to become a successful intern. Constructive and positive feedback was always given to me when performing tasks, so I could better myself in the best way possible, where at the completion of my internship, I was performing most tasks independently.
There is an internal graduate training course which offers ample opportunities for growth and learning.
I feel like there should be a specific training day to prepare for stocktakes, like going through different stocktake scenarios and filling in the excel work papers for those different secnarios and how to treat variances, etc.
Very satisfied, many chances given to juniors to develop their skills. The structured coaching is another great aspect that allows for open conversation about how we can best be developing at Deloitte.
