Good communication within the team regarding future direction.
Seems like there is lots of opportunities to move up in the team or move across different areas after the program. Has lots of different areas as well to satisfy different aspirations for work.
I have to wait until finish my 3 year grad program to get a promotion which is a long time. DIT do offer opportunities but it’s gotten a lot harder to get promoted unless I finish all my rotations
