There is not a big social hierarchy, generally people are always friendly and willing to help. Not a big push for events outside of work hours. Definitely enough time during work hours to get to know colleagues.
Everyone is very friendly and encouraging. Lots of support from managers, especially for graduates. Some good banter too
There is not much culture compared to private sector. Everyone is very friendly though
