It was quite straightforward
I was phone interviewed first for the initial screening, after which I was interviewed in-person. However, after which I had to wait for over 3 months to get the outcome to the interview, which I personally feel is a very long time for an interview response.
Similar to DTF recruitment, recruitment process included application, phone interview and in person interviews. No written assessment was required.
