Pay is generally up to industry standard at these lower levels, I have heard it differs a lot between industry and government when it comes to higher roles. Benefits of flexible working arrangements allows for better work life balance.
Flexible work hours is a great feature. WFH arrangements also great and easy to do. Starting salary for a fresh grad also reasonably decent compared to private.
Pay is decent for grads but private sector has significantly higher income when you move up the ranks
