There are numerous opportunities for formal and informal training. I am currently learning about project management and organisational development on the job. I have also been given the opportunity to develop my public speaking skills. I have attended in person training sessions in Autism Awareness, Confidence Fitness and Emotional Intelligence. I have also undertaken various online training courses such as project management and business writing.
CPA is an essential development opportunity and the department supports the program. The performance feedback is something that can be developed and implemented further. Mentoring is quite good, on the job.
