I have access to flexible working options such as working from home, compressed hours, flexitime and different types of leave.
There is a good work life balance and flexibility in terms of working hours. However, with that being said, whilst doing remote work, the work life balance is somewhat something that cannot be followed given the nature of work, as sometimes it requires to work out of hours and moreover given that staying away means you usually dont find much or cannot do your usual routine or entertainment after work
