The culture is amazing here. Everyone is super supportive and encouraging
One of the teams I have worked in had very good workplace culture and was a pleasure to work in. Another team doesn’t have good workplace culture and it impacts team morale, productivity and work relationships. I think in some areas workplace culture needs to be nurtured and staff better supported. That being said some teams already have good workplace culture.
Supportive of flexible working arrangements and encourage time off. There are lots of opportunities to collaborate so teamwork and socialisation amongst colleagues is important and natural.
