There are specific recruitment for diversity and inclusion. There is also access to support through flexible working arrangements or ergonomic workstation assessments etc.
Very supportive to parents and families. There is also a food mix of women, ethnic minorities, etc, but this seems to be very aggregated in certain groups/ services- not so much integrated or dispersed across the department.
