Recruitment process was quite clear, however it was a lengthy process (approx. 5 months from application to offer, further 7 months before I had NV1 clearance).

Interviews and assessments were great
Written assessments were very difficult, where I had to read and understand the contents of the given topic, then write essays based on the contents as well as my knowledge on the topic. Individual interviews were fine, however the group discussion assessment was highly challenging where I had to bring up my opinion on the given discussion topic and help our team to come up with a solution together.
