I participated in multiple trainings as part of the graduate program and enjoyed learning more about different aspects of the APS. A skill I've picked up from training include learning to write more succinctly. Some development opportunities I've been given include acknowledging that I work better with deadlines imposed on me and learning to leverage my communication skills.
The graduate program provided excellent training and development opportunities that equipped me with valuable skills for my career. Through mentoring, feedback, and hands‑on learning, I’ve been able to grow professionally and build confidence in my role.
