
The APS has made massive strides in improving gender equity and whilst it has more work to do with regard to CALD equity, there is a big focus on improving this.
Diversity in lower levels is good but at senior levels it is poor for CALD and First Nations people. But the APS seems at least somewhat committed to changing that.
Seems mostly performative but some good policies in place. They cater to minorities based on their prevalence in the workforce.
