Whilst the starting salary is fine, the earlier mentioned quick progression up the ranks during the graduate program means the salary increases quickly as well, making the pay, plus the flexibility and entitlements very good in my view.
I don't know what (if any) bonuses there are working here but I think the pay is good for my current workload.
great pay - but I feel like I offer more than I am being paid during the graduate program. This will even out in the coming months.
