Probably the best part of working for DEECA. The staff are very values-driven which I think proceeds a very conscientious culture where people treat each other well.
Pretty relaxed atmosphere even between hierarchy levels.
Extremely supportive, kind, and encouraging of graduates to take many opportunities throughout the department. Many opportunities to engage with employees in different teams and extremely supportive graduate cohort with many socialisation opportunities.
