There were lots of stages which challenged me in different ways. Some felt good and made sense, other stages felt really strange and put a lot of pressure on candidates.

Didn't love the 1 way interviews with the recording. Was too quick. Dates for when each component would become available and be due should have been available from the start (so I could plan for things like recording the 1 way interview). We were told we would have I think maybe 5 days between 1 way interview becoming available and its due date but were given ~2 which was very uncool. They didn't tell us when the email making the next round available would be sent to us so that left uncertainty and difficulty to schedule also. Half day for the group interview is a lot of time to take off work given that it wasn't even final round.

As with all graduate roles, the recruitment process is long and at times challenging with a mix of both in person and online interviews.

Mostly it was okay, typical of any graduate program. They provided engagement opportunities with current graduates which was very valuable. There was a spelling and mathematics test which felt quite unnecessary and not reflective of ones ability.

Fantastic recruitment process that is highlighted by a recruitment team that really cares about the candidates and form a real connection.
