Quite low, as there aren't many other perks working as a public servant. We do get to take leave at half pay which is a fantastic thing to have.
Flexible work arrangements are pretty good. Leave is pretty flexible too which I like.
The pay is a great base rate for the role, graduates also receive a substantial learning and development budget.
I believe the pay is quite low given that graduates are expected to work at levels that are 1-2 pay bands higher. The two year program also leads to an extended period of time being on the low pay grade.
