Could be a lot better considering one of the 'Es' in DEECA stands for environment. The amount of plastic waste produced during operational work and emergency response is shocking.

Working at DEECA you are supporting the government of the day and this can lead to some challenges when describing the environmental impact of the organisation. Overall as an organisation DEECA is sustainable and offices best practises to minimise environmental impact.
