The culture is warm and happy. Everyone is open to have a chat and help out if you need, and there is a fair amount of after-work social events. In Aged Care, there is a flat structure where SES are always happy to stop and talk, and often work from the same working spaces as other teams.
The people in the office seem friendly but the prevalence of remote workers and work from home mean there isn't really much interaction even within teams.
