Some people are quite friendly, while others are clearly uninterested in anyone outside of their sphere of influence.
My Section does not feel hierarchical compared to other areas. The branch is not super social, but that suits me well. I find it easy to talk to people in my area
have communities that provide to support to all colleagues where required. Very inclusive workplace.
