The pay and benefits for the graduate roles at Department of Health are great. The best perks are the flexible leave policies and working from home arrangements. I haven't had the opportunity to experience the other examples yet.
The APS use of Flex time is very helpful for work life balance. Grad programs offer assistance/allowances for moving to Canberra.
