I have learned a lot on reading and communicating legislation and regulatory requirements. I have also been given the opportunity to upskill in Power BI through an external course. The feedback I have received has been structured and friendly, with no tension or concern.
There is a variety courses required as a grad but they are mostly geared toward policy, many are irrelevant to more technical streams. The courses themselves are pretty simple and basic.
