Opportunities to progress across different aps levels across the year. You start as an aps3 and get bumped up to aps4 after completion of 2 rotations. The opportunity to work in these rotations allows you to work on different tasks, and find what areas of work you prefer depending on your aspirations.
I noticed that workers are getting promoted after 2 years? i haven't been here long so i really cant speak about the aspect of promotion. I believe their promotion is based on how well and excellent you do the task. With career progression, so far, i like how they are giving me and my colleagues opportunities to be exposed to different trainings and experiences that would help us see we can do more and better.
The movement between levels appears to be good.
