The workplace culture is great. Colleagues like to socialise, help each other and are generally cooperative.
Workplace culture is very different from my previous work. This is my first corporate work and so far, the stories i heard from my corporate friends are true. You meet different people and you really cant trust everyone. I wouldn't generalize that everyone is bad, but you would really need to choose the people you stick with and careful with your words. Right now, i am okay with my team and the supervisor i have. Hierarchy is really evident especially with our company, but our supervisor helps us build our identity in the company that helps us be more confident.
Workplace culture in both teams that i have been in so far have been great. A lot of collaboration and socialising. While there is a pretty strict chain of command for approvals and decision-making processes, it does not affect the teamwork or bleed into the social dynamic. Superiors are pretty approachable and friendly.
