
The department is very committed to diversity, inclusion and providing equitable opportunities for everybody. There are always different events that raise awareness such as naidoc week or pride week, where there are guest speakers and networks where everybody can feel included.
I believe the company emphasizes the importance of inclusion. This was also mentioned by the new ceo. There are opportunities to all people from different school background, age, etc. What's important is the character, the motivation, and integrity of the employee.
The workplace is vocally committed to diversity and inclusion, but is still a pretty white workplace. Will be interesting to see how their new measures will influence the fabric of the department over the coming years.
