Could range from analysing financial data in excel, helping draft a ministerial submission, doing research on existing policy, stakeholder engagement with different departments or gbes.
The tasks i have right now are manageable. I believe it also depends on my time management. I would like to take more roles in program management soon.
The teams i have worked with have put in the concerted effort to give me tasks that are of actual importance to the line area, while also recognising i am a grad and not putting a lot of pressure on me. They have given me the space to learn by giving me a variety of tasks to understand the scope of the work the team undertakes.
Task are meaningful to the work i am completing and the bigger picture with my team.
