Flexibility is dependent on your team but most supervisors are happy to accommodate to your preferences.
We have a rotation in wfh set-up but we can always consult with our supervisor if we prefer a schedule. Since i have saturday trainings i usually have more work hours, but it's okay since they can be offset or overtime pay.
