Because of the flex system, very easy to work around hours where needed with supervisor approval. Remote work encouraged.
You can work remotely after the program and work from home whilst you are in the program but will need to be in Canberra. As long as you work 7.5 hours, you can do that anywhere between 7am and 7pm daily.
Flexibility is dependent on your team but most supervisors are happy to accommodate to your preferences.
We have a rotation in wfh set-up but we can always consult with our supervisor if we prefer a schedule. Since i have saturday trainings i usually have more work hours, but it's okay since they can be offset or overtime pay.
