On-the-whole, very happy and a good mix of interesting tasks and repetitive ones necessary for learning. Would recommend that junior staff learn to identify when they are repeatedly being given tasks simply because senior staff do not feel like doing them, with little regard for the training and development of these staff.
As a grad I mainly learn and get tasks to progress my skills. Sometimes this means quite periods but once the team are satisfied that you understand, we work the same as any other staff member.
