The managers I have had have all been very supportive of flexible hours, I am not expected to work early or late, I can request flexible hours, we accrue flex for hours worked beyond 37.5 a week and can take those hours as leave, I am able to work from home and interstate occasionally.
Depends on which part of the department, as it is highly variable between branches and teams. In general, managers are very understanding of the need to balance work and life commitments.
PMC are open to flexible hours and WFH opportunities, dependent on the team you join. I am satisfied.
