Very friendly, and has structured fun within teams, and department wide. Lots of societies and events to participate in. People often engage outside of the office too. Hierarchy is generally quite flat in teams, with everyone engaging on things. Teamwork very good.
I think it is a fun place to work! My team are friendly and sociable, but also able to be productive and hard working. Upper management is very down to earth and it doesn't feel like they are above us.
