All of my managers are accessible and friendly. They are great mentors and are always willing to provide feedback to help me grow.
Managers are amazing mentors, approachable and intelligent. Internal communication is great and Treasury has a culture of performance feedback that has no surprises. Praise and recognition across the Department is encouraged and supported- embodied by all levels of staff.
