Treasury has very generous leave policies - I was able to take a special type of leave for my graduation ceremony (instead of annual leave). We were also given 18 days of sick leave to start with - instead of having to accrue sick leave from 0. For the graduate program, they provide a relocation allowance for graduates who move interstate to Canberra to help with the moving expenses.
Base salary is good. Best perk is the once a year "lifestyle contribution" of $600
Pay is great- graduate program has structured pay increased several times throughout the 2-year program which amounts to ~$20,000 AUD increase over the period. Super entitlements are amazing at 15.4%. Leave policies are incredibly generous for analysts as flex leave means you are able to engage leave for any additional work hours you do outside of your standard 7.5 hour day.
