The graduate program provides many training opportunities, with 2-day block training workshops happening 6 times throughout the year. The workshops are mostly helpful and informative but aren't extremely relevant to my area of work as a Digital Graduate - the workshops focus more on policy, economics and law.
Very comprehensive training at the beginning of the program. Consistent training throughout the year, and varied content.
Formal and informal training is provided. Staff supported development opportunities of graduates and junior employees.
