It depends on your team and direct supervisor/manager, but I have been able to WFH two days a week since quite early on in the program. Working hours are quite flexible in the APS because we accrue FLEX hours when we work more than 7.5 hours a day, and these hours can be used to finish work early or take a day off.
Very flexible. Able to work from home whenever needed, and in state offices. However, this is not necessarily on the department level, and instead is on a team basis.
Very flexible. I have suffered some ongoing health problems and my team have been incredibly flexible in accommodating me.
Work hours are 7.5 hour days! Anything more- you can take redeem through flex leave. Hours are flexible (generally) as long as your 7.5 hour day is completed and ad hoc WFH arrangements are supported. Opportunities to work adhoc from interstate office in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth are also supported!
