Currently in a very corporate area, dress code is corporate , all desks are standing desks, quiet areas, rooms, pods, 1 bin on the whole floor, dual monitors and one wide monitor available, white boards, couches, toilet, kitchen, meeting rooms, hot desking - 300 people to a floor of 100 desks
TMR's office environment is modern, professional, and well equipped, with good facilities that support both individual work and collaboration. The office is centrally located and easily accessible by public transport, making commuting convenient. Employees also have access to meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and technology that supports flexible and hybrid working. The dress code is generally business casual. Most employees dress professionally but comfortably for office based work, while site visits may require additional personal protective equipment (PPE) and appropriate field attire. Overall, the work environment is welcoming, flexible, and conducive to learning and professional development.
The office is quite casual. It is a standard corporate office, but doesn't have any specific perks or benefits as it is a government office. The office often feels quite empty due to people's different flexible work arrangements, as well as the nature of TMR work in-office and out at site.
The physical work environment is modern, safe, and well set up, with up to date technology and equipment that supports day to day work. The office location is central and easily accessible, with standard facilities like meeting rooms, breakout spaces and shared amenities that make it a comfortable place to work. The dress code is generally smart casual to business attire, depending on the day and what is scheduled. There is a fair bit of flexibility, with some people dressing more formally and others going for a more relaxed approach (e.G. Long pants and a button up shirt). Overall, the expectation is to be neat and professional.
It is a great office and has all the necessary facilities, but I wish there is any private room that an employee can use during the break.
