Very flexible, 50% wfh/office. Can accrue hours. No set start/end time or break times
TMR offers flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on work life balance. Employees generally have access to flexible start and finish times, and many teams support hybrid working arrangements, allowing staff to work both from home and the office. The level of flexibility can vary depending on business needs and project requirements. In my experience, the organisation is supportive of flexible work arrangements while still ensuring graduates receive valuable mentoring, collaboration opportunities, and exposure to projects. This flexibility has made it easier to balance professional and personal commitments while continuing to learn and develop in my role.
I am able to work flexibly, and work in the office 60% of the time, and home 40% of the time. My starting and finishing times are also flexible to an extent.
Work hours are generally consistent, based on a standard full-time schedule. While I currently work in the office five days a week, there is flexibility built into the role. There is the option to work from home, and arrangements can be up to a 50/50 split (home/office) across a fortnight. In my case, it was agreed that being in the office more regularly would be beneficial for learning and development as a graduate. Overall, the organisation offers a very high level of flexibility depending on individual circumstances and team needs.
I have not been approved to any remote work yet. I would like to seek for 1 day at home in near future to give some flexibility. The accrued hours and working balance is great. But at the same time, most of the staff came super early during the week ( 6 - 7 am arrivals), which gives me peer pressures especially when you are new.
