The R2 office was pretty poor. Hot desking was required for all. I understand that updating the office was an ongoing issue for the VSBA. (4/10) The R1 office was very good. I had my own sit/stand desk and a desk near a window for natural light which was perfect for my sensory sensitivities. The office always felt very clean and the kitchen had great amenities. (10/10) The R3 office is also good. All desks are sit/stand, but our team shares desks so I don't always sit at the same one. Kitchen areas are kept quite clean. Ability to book private rooms when necessary too which is good. (8/10)
It is very clean and spacious, as well as many desk and rooms where you can work so that you don't always have to work at your desk.
