In all my roles I've not worked more than set hours or every felt pressured to do so. All of my roles have been very flexible with hybrid work, with no real mandated requirements to be in the office. In R2 9-5pm was necessary due to the nature of the work - however, if I had an appointment I would have been able to be flexible with that. R1 and R3 have very flexible work hours.
I am satisfied and happy with the work hours and flexibility where I am able to work at the office and home.
