Happy that graduates graduate to APS5 level, and I have had discussions with manager of working towards the APS6 level. I have also felt considered that my team has looked into working with other teams to develop my UX skills while still keeping me in their team.
There is an automatic promotion at the end of the graduate year. Other than that, I don't know much about promotion opportunities. I think being in a small agency limits this a bit.
