My manager and team are accessible and helpful for my day to day work. Discussion with feedback and career progression has helped me see how I can add value to DTA and to my work.
My direct manager is very supportive, encouraging, and provides recognition of my work and helpful feedback. His communication is not great, which is largely due to how busy he is. He has been a great mentor and I am very grateful for his unfailing support. My rating is based on him. If I was assessing the manager at the next level up I would give him a 2 as he barely acknowledges my existence and directs questions about work he knows I was almost entirely responsible for to my supervisor when I am in the room.
