Office is nice enough, open plan space is great for shared work but can be a little challenging if others are nearby talking while you're attempting to get work done. Dress code is very relaxed but mostly tend towards business attire.
The office desks provided are standing desks with adjustable heights and two monitors. Location of the Canberra office is very well placed with it being close to the light rail as well as the city centre.
Generally I do love the open office, however I think some quiet working spaces would be great when you need to focus. I often get easily distracted with people and conversations around me. The meeting rooms are a good alternative but I also struggle to work off the laptop screen only. I also sometimes struggle with the lighting at my previous desk, but now I sit by a window and I think that has improved my issue with that. I love the green plant decoration, the desks and monitors and I do like the open kitchen layout too.
Good office, good location, good facilities. Dress code was very vague before work started and I'm still not clear on some things but from my understanding of it, I'm happy with it.
