Quite flexible with regard to remote work.
Flexible working arrangements has been wonderful. Being able to change my working from home days to accommodate appointments is so handy and being able to take a longer lunch if needed to attend appointments.
Work hours are flexible, with the start and end times being able to be adjusted depending on appointments or personal needs. Work From Home arrangements can also be negotiated.
I am happy that I get to work 2 days in office and 3 days at work from home. The hours can at times be long again with just managing energy levels, however I like this balance as it allows me to have plans outside of work too.
My only complaint is that the hours of actual work I have to do have been far lower than the hours I am required to work. If I had more work to do, the hours would be fine.
