
Assessments were standard; interview process was great - two separate partner interviews
Cover letter and CV application; psychometric testing; personality/behavioural assessment; x2 30-min interviews (x1 Senior Associate; x1 Partner). All went great. The interviews were excellently run - it felt professional, nerve-wracking but merits-based and friendly. I walked away nervous about my performance and with a good feeling about the firm and the intellectual rigour of those working there. If an interviewing company can leave their applicant's feeling that way, I think they are doing well.
